April 20, 2016 @ 8:00 am - 4:15 pm

$100 – $120

From the LES Website:
“Come join us for our 16th Annual Conference. We’re having a full day of speakers, panel presentations, networking and lunch at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise World Headquarters in Palo Alto.

“Our morning schedule starts with a presentation by Murray Vince, Senior Director, Strategic Business Development at Intellectual Ventures. This will be followed by a panel on “IP-Backed Lending – Use of Patents as Collateral for Non-Dilutive Financing” with Erez Levy of Fortress Investment Group, Gary Bender of Ocean Tomo, and Suzanne Harrison and Ron Laurie of Inflexion Point Strategies.

“Our afternoon panel asks, “Does IP matter?” Do investors in startups care if you have patents? Or is the expense in obtaining patents just a waste of money? Come hear from the most prestigious angel investor groups in the world as well as the founder of five publicly held companies. This panel will have Manthi Nguyen of Sand Hill Angels, Randy Williams of Keiretsu Forum, Carol Sands of Angels Forum, Ron Weissman of Band of Angels, Mark Holmes of PatentBridge, and Steve Millard who is the founder of five publicly held companies and who was mentioned in Forbes magazine as, “The most connected man in Silicon Valley.””
