“Did you know that patents offer country-by-country protection? Learn how to help your clients protect their intellectual property in foreign jurisdictions. Michael Neas, Deputy Director of International Patent Legal Administration, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will host a two-hour seminar reviewing the considerations and options for filing foreign patent applications, including an overview of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and the use of the Paris Convention for non-PCT countries. The event is free and open to the public so register early.”
