“DESCRIPTION

With the latest truce between Apple and Google, the smartphone patent wars appear to have come to an end. This conflagration was expensive and left many of the players bruised. It also fundamentally seems to have changed the laws of the land.

What technologies are next in line, and what are the warning signs for the start of the *next* patent war?

Join experts from Google, Samsung, Lenovo and IAM Magazine for an open examination of which technologies are prime for new patent battles (Wearables? Internet of Things?) and what tools have emerged for companies to protect their freedom to operate.
